Update of our core infrastructure router

We are writing to inform you that on Tuesday, December 13, our Cloudbizz infrastructure experienced a major outage. This was caused by a breakdown on the backbone of our main internet connectivity provider, which led to a 20-minute period where our services were not accessible.
In order to prevent similar issues in the future and improve the performance of our routers, we will be performing an update on Saturday between 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. During this time, you may experience some connection issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience.
To minimize the impact of the maintenance, we have scheduled the update for a time when there is typically less demand on our services. We will do our best to complete the update as quickly and smoothly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
